This scheme concludes the eligibility criteria of the applicants who decide whether the sponsor is capable of looking after them or not. Eligibility:

• Applicant must be married to a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Applicant (younger than 21 years) must be a child of a legally married couple or one adopted legally by a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
